Terms and Conditions
Quotations and Ordering
Provision of a quotation does not imply that we will accept an order; the
order only becomes definite when a deposit has been paid. Initial quotations
are approximate; we will give a firm quote when your exact requirements are
known.
Payment Conditions
A non refundable deposit of 25% minimum is taken at the time of order. The
outstanding balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Payment Method
Deposits and balances due can be made by cheque, (please make cheques payable
to "SUIceFlora" or contact us for more options).
Please do not send any cash by post.
Taking Delivery of your order
Items should be inspected on receipt to ensure that they were not damaged in
transit, as you (or any third party taking delivery, e.g. hotel, office etc.)
shall be solely responsible for any damage to any products which occurs (i)
after the delivery or collection of any product and/or (ii) as a result of
failure to follow any instructions/advice we may give in respect of storage or
setting up or of further transportation of the items.
Refund policy
If you cancel your event for any reason a cancellation charge will be made as
detailed below:
1) Cancellation two weeks before the event
We will keep the 25% non refundable deposit; any further payment you may have
paid towards the order will be refunded.
2) Cancellation 14 – 0 days before the event
50% of the total payment will be refunded.
Designs
Any designs and information provided by you to SUIceFlora should not infringe
the rights of any third party, and you will be responsible for any losses,
damages, costs, expenses or other claims arising from any such infringement.
All rights in any designs conceived by SUIceFlora shall remain the exclusive
property of us and you acknowledge that we may reproduce images and/or designs
without reference to you.
Due to a policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the
right to make minor changes to designs from those illustrated.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty. In
the event of termination we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us.
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve
disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint please
contact us.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior
notice to you.
